Paul Mucci

Paul Mucci is devoted and focused on developing people and optimizing their potential! He founded Optimal Leadership in 2016 to help organizations in the Cleveland area develop their leadership skills, and provide an exceptional customer experience.


Paul has over 20 years of experience in the training and development industry.  Over those twenty years he has been adjunct faculty for multiple universities in Ohio, facilitated training courses, provided 1-on-1 coaching, led successful teams as manager, and been responsible for all aspects of his own business.


Paul's drive to help organizations deliver world-class customer service stems from his personal experience as a consumer, and the challenges many companies face today. His goal is to give your team the tools to deliver outstanding customer service on a consistent basis.


Paul earned his BBA in Marketing at Francis Marion University, and his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.  Paul and his wife Joti, reside 30 miles east of Cleveland in Concord, Ohio with their two children Kaila and Dominic.
